At Shape Me, Kent, I want to make it easy for you to book your non-surgical body sculpting treatments. Here is an overview of the booking process:

Step 1: Consultation

• • Before booking any treatment, I would invite any new client to contact me via the contact page on this website or via email at contact@shapemekent.co.uk for a consultation to ensure their preferred treatment choice has the best chance to yield their anticipated results.
  • During the consultation, I can work with you to recommend a treatment plan to best suit your budget and needs, as well as to assess your suitability for the treatments I offer. During this time I can also answer any questions you may have.
  • I reserve the right to change the pricing at any time. However, if you have already booked and paid a deposit, the price for your treatment will remain the same.

 

Step 2: Booking

• • Once you have completed your consultation, you can book your appointment either online via the booking links.
  • To secure your appointment, I require a non refundable booking fee of £25, which can be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
  • You will have the option to reschedule your appointment up to 72hrs prior to your booked appointment. Changes can be made via the online booking platform or in writing to contact@shapemekent.co.uk.
  • At the time of booking you will be asked a series of questions which will be used to ensure you are suitable for the treatment.  Should anything change that might deem you unsuitable for the treatment, you are required to contact me as soon as possible to notify me.

 

Step 3: Payment

• • Payment for all non-surgical body sculpting treatments is due in full at the time of your appointment, before any treatment can begin.
  • Where a course of treatments has been booked, the full balance is due at your first appointment. Failure to utilise the services included in a package prior to the package expiring (maximum of 6 months) will hold no liability from ShapeMeKent for a refund of lost services.  
  • I accept payment by cash, credit card, or debit card.

 

Step 4: Treatment

• • It is requested you arrive on time for your appointment.  Failure to arrive on time may lead to your treatment time being shortened, or if more than 20 minutes late your session will be cancelled.
  • On the day of your appointment, you will be requested to complete important paperwork prior to the treatment. Please notify me in advance if you will require assistance to do this.
  • By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks and benefits associated with the treatment, and that you consent to the treatment.
  • The length of your appointment will vary depending on the treatment being performed and the area being treated.
  • You are welcome to bring along a friend, partner or well behaved child to your appointment. It is requested they remain in the treatment room with you at all times and are seated on the chairs provided to avoid any accidents.

 

Step 5: Aftercare

• • After your treatment, I will provide you with aftercare instructions and schedule a follow-up appointment if necessary.
  • All the treatments provided by Shape Me, Kent require your commitment to follow aftercare advice to ensure you achieve the best results possible.  Failure to do this may result in your results being affected.
